Welcome to ST Fashion House. These terms explain how ordering, payment, delivery and returns work when you shop with us, and what you can expect from us in return. By placing an order you agree to them, so please take a moment to read through. Tap a section below to open it.
These terms apply whenever you browse ST Fashion House or place an order with us. By using the site or sending us an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or place an order.
We may update these terms from time to time as the store grows; the version shown here is always the current one.
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can look slightly different on your screen, and sizing can vary a little between styles.
All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and can change without notice. The price you were quoted in a confirmed order won’t change after that.
Items are offered subject to availability. If something you’ve ordered turns out to be out of stock, we’ll let you know and refund anything you’ve paid for it.
We don’t take payment on the site itself. When you tap “Complete Order via WhatsApp” at checkout, your order — the items, sizes, quantities and total — is put together as a message for you to send us on WhatsApp, +234 810 298 3116 (opens WhatsApp in a new tab).
An order is only placed once you send that message, and we’ll reply on WhatsApp with our payment account details. Your order is processed once we’ve confirmed your payment.
We may decline or cancel an order if a listing turns out to contain an error, and will always tell you and refund anything already paid.
We deliver nationwide, to every state in Nigeria.
- Lagos: delivery within 1-2 working days.
- Other states: delivery within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- We'll send tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- Return unworn items with their tags attached within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Contact our support team to start a return.
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before you’ve paid for it. Message us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) and we’ll cancel it.
Once payment is confirmed, cancellation isn’t guaranteed — if the order hasn’t shipped yet we’ll try to stop it and refund you; if it has already shipped, it’s handled as a return instead.
The ST Fashion House name, logo, and the photos, descriptions and other content on this site belong to us or our suppliers and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You’re welcome to share a link to our site or products, but none of this content may be copied, reproduced or reused for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
We do our best to describe products accurately and to get orders to you as quickly as possible, but we can’t promise the site will always be error-free or that delivery will never be delayed, including by things outside our control such as courier delays, weather or public holidays.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ST Fashion House isn’t liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or a delayed order. This doesn’t affect any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.
When you order, the name, phone number, delivery address and order details you send us on WhatsApp are used only to process, confirm and deliver that order, and to answer any questions you have about it. We don’t sell your information to anyone.
Browsing the site also records a few anonymous visit statistics (like which pages are popular) so we can improve the store. This doesn’t identify you, and it’s switched off if your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
